All Sales are final. Toy Fiends has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of special circumstances below:
Incorrectly received items purchased from us can be returned for refund within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund any shipping costs.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be replaced.
In order to be eligible for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your shipment qualifies for a return instructions will be provided. Returns sent back without authorization will be refused.
Seller Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com, within 3 days of receiving and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Images of incorrect product may be required, and call tags will be issued prior to the replacement shipping.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office or selected carrier facility. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express or similar through your selected shipping service.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH THE SELECTED CARRIER.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. Customers are able to contact the selected carrier to arrange alternate delivery. Toy Fiends is not responsible for any fees that are associated with this alternate delivery.
Replacements on sold out / archived items:
We cannot guarantee that we will have replacement parts for sold out or older archived items as replacement inventory is not always available. In the event that we do find you an acceptable replacement you may be subject to shipping charges to have the replacement item sent to you.
